cardiovascular and heart questions for anatomy class, cant find answers in my basic anatomy textbook?

1. what part of the body would be affected by a thrombus in the first branch of the arch of the aorta?

2.which vessel of the heart receives blood during right ventricular systole?

3. define large veins

4. In the myocardium, how does the blood reach the capillaries?

i usually answer my questions myself, but this book is too basic and the information is not even good, pls answer any questions that you know, tks

I can't answer the questions, but I can perhaps advise you what to do.

First, consider whether you can DEDUCE the answers from the info you've got. That *might* work for ## 1, 2, and even 4, but I don't see how it can help with #3.

When you've exhausted that first approach, take what you wrote above about the questions and say it to your professor. And follow up with, "Am I supposed to do research in the school library or maybe Web searches? Or am I missing something in the textbook I ought to be able to see?" (The answer to the second question is almost certainly "NO," but it makes a better impression if you ask it.")

P.S. What do you mean, "the information is not even good"? How do you know?
