There are many wonderful movies you can watch. I have a huge collection of DVDs and I think there a few you may want to rent or go buy:
1. Steal Magnolias- Dolly Parton, Sally Field, Julia Roberts, Shirley MacLaine, Daryl Hannah, Olympia Dukakis, Tom Skerritt, Sam Shepard, and Dylan McDermott. This is a movie from 1989 and it is so good, but it is sad and funny. It is about a group of friends who live in a small town.
2. Hope Floats- Sandra Bullock, Harry Connick Jr., Gena Rowlands, and Connie Ray. It is about a woman who moves back from Chiacgo to Texas where she grew up.
3. Miss Congeniality- Sandra Bullock, Michael Caine, Benjamin Bratt, Candice Bergen, and William Shatner. This movie is about an FBI agent who goes undercover.
4. 9 to 5- Jane Fonda, Dolly Parton,Dabney Coleman, and Lily Tomlin. This is a comedy that is worth seeing. It is about a group of woman who are tired of the way there boss treats them.
5. Smokey and the Bandit- Sally Field(also in Forest Gump) and Burt Reynolds. I have seen this movie many time on AMC and it is really good. It is about a bandit who is trying out run the cops by taking beer across county lines.
6. Speed- Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves, Dennis Hopper, and Jeff Daniels. it is about a bus that is going to exploded and a cop played by Keanu Reeves must save the bus. It is full of action and suspense.
7. Stepmom- Julia Roberts, Susan Sarandon, Ed Harris, Jena Malone, Liam Aiken, and Lynn Whitfield. This is a funny yet sad movie. It is about two children and their mother not liking the dad's new girlfriend and how they grow to know her. My father does not like this, but it is because he is a huge fan of Susan Sarandon.
8. Pretty Woman- Richard Gere, Julia Roberts, Ralph Bellamy, Jason Alexander, Laura San Giacomo, and Amy Yasbeck. It is about a man in a wealthy legal business who needs a woman to escort him to social events. He ends up hiring a prostitute. It is a funny romantic movie.
9. A River Runs Through It- Craig Sheffer, Brad Pitt, Tom Skerritt, Brenda Blethyn, Edie McClurg, Stephen Shellen, Susan Traylor, and Michael Cudlitz. I have seen this movie over a dozen times and each time I laugh, cry, and have fun watching it. This movie is about two brothers of a Presbyterian minister who enjoy to fly fish. As children they are well behaved, but as they grow up they get into trouble.
10. Babel- Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett. This movie was up for best picture, best supporting actresses Adriana Barraza and Rinko Kikuchi. This movie is about a married couple who are on vaction in a Moroccan desert when turns off events strike four different family. Not only is this movie sad, but it has a lot of suspense.
11. Blood Diamond- Leonardo DiCaprio(up for best actor earlier this year at the Oscars), Djimon Hounsou (up for best supporting actor at the Oscar ealrier this year), Jennifer Connelly, Arnold Vosloo, Stephen Collins(Dad on 7th Heaven), and Michael Sheen(also played Tony Blair in the movie the The Queen). It is about the Diamond trade in Africa. This moive is very sad, but really violent. My mother thought this was the best acting Leonardo has ever done. It was my favorite of all the movies nomiated for something at the Oscars earlier this year.
12. The Queen- Helen Mirren(Won for Best Actress at the Oscars earlier this year), James Cromwell(He was also the husband and ower of the farm in Babe), and Michael Sheen. This is about the Queen and how she reacted to Princess Diana's death. It gives you a look at the royal family in a way you have never thought of before. It was also up for Best director and Picture at the Oscars earlier this year.
13. American Beauty- Kevin Spacey(won best Actor at the 2000 Oscars), Annette Bening(up for best actress at the 2000 Oscars but she did not win), Thora Birch, Mena Suvari, Chris Cooper(also in Seabiscuit), Peter Gallagher, Allison Janney, and Scott Bakula. This is a movie about a father who is going through a mid-life crisis. It is sad and suspensefull. This movie also is a little dark. This movie also won the Best Picture, and Best Director at the 2000 Oscars.
14. Seabiscuit- Jeff Bridges, Chris Cooper, Michael Ensign, James Keane, Valerie Mahaffey, Tobey Maguire(he plays Spider Man in one, two, and three), and William H. Macy(up for best supporting actor at the 2004 Golden Globe Awrads). This is based on the true story about the Horse named Seabiscuit. It is set during the depression. The movie is sad, but has a lot of drama. It was up for best picture at the 2004 Oscars.
15. Forrest Gump- Tom Hanks(Won for Best Actor at the 1995 Oscars), Robin Wright Penn, Gary Sinise, Mykelti Williamson, Sally Field, and Haley Joel Osment(also in Six Sense). This is a moive about a man who lives life being present at historical events. It also won for best director, and best pitcure at the 1995 Oscars.
16. Philadelphia- Tom Hanks(Won Best Acotr at the 1994 Oscars), Denzel Washington, Joanne Woodward, Antonio Banderas, Bradley Whitford, Mary Steenburgen, and Obba Babatundé. This is a movie about a man who has AIDS and is fired from a Law firm where he worked. It also won for best song at the 1994 Oscars for Streets of Philadelphia by Bruce Springsteen.
These are a few movies I thought that were worth seeing. I hope you see at least one of them. Have fun choosing a movie to watch. Maybe this will help when you decide which movie to see.

Any movie by the "Slacker Pack"! The "Slacker Pack" is what these following actors call themselves: Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Luke Wilson, Vince Vaughn, Will Ferrell, Jack Black, and Steve Carrell! Thats why u always see them appearing in each others movies! Anyway, here's a few to choose from: "Duplex" or "Flirting With Disaster" with Ben Stiller, "Talladega Nights" or "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy" with Will Ferrell, "You, Me, and Dupree" with Owen Wilson, "Wedding Crashers" with Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson just to name a few! Alot of people havent seen "Duplex" but I thought it was funny as hell! Hope that helps u!
