yes it's called a splitter lead among other things, you can even get them with three connections coming off of them, just be carefull what you power off of them and make sure your PSU can handle it.http://www.xtreme-technology.com/Internal-Y-power-Cable-p-267.html

i must agree, the average power supply has normally only 6 4pin molex connectors, and this makes it difficult when you are running 2 optical drives and a raid array using 4 hard drives
however there are splitters like the Akasa "Y" Power Splitter(http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-006-GE&groupid=701&catid=48&subcat=153),Fitted to a standard 4-pin Molex PSU output, these "Y" splitters provide 2 x 4-pin outputs for PC's using a high number of powered peripherals or case fans.
however you must take into account that the more hardware you connect must have enough resources to run them, you cant continue to split molex connectors, however a few of these should be fine(you must have at least a 400watt psu just to be on the safe side)
also i have found that when you buy hardware such as graphic cards that require these splitters they are normally supplied with the hardware
good luck mate!
