What percentage of the population do you think is just plain nuts ?

I worked in adolescent mental health for many years, but never thought about this until after I left it and went to work in the "sane" world. It was then I realized that crazy doesn't wear off, they just grow up into adults! I would say that 90% of all people I meet have some characteristic that would fit in the "just nuts" category, and I'm sure that there are many that would include me in their percentage too! But then, sometimes a little nuts is a good thing.

85% near where I live! Met a few. I think/hope, the majority of the population is far less!

I live in Texas now. I think it must be in the 99% range.
