Imagine that you have a beach front home. Your beach is eroding away from the waves of the ocean. What could you do to reduce the erosion process? Please help! Thank you

Oh, we just learned this too: You could build a seawall to prevent any waves from reaching the shore, or use dune plants which hold the sand in place.

As well as building a Seawall to prevent erosion, a better idea would be to build "groines." This would build up a beach and catch sand being transported by "Long shore drift."

Alternatively you can move you home somewhere else. Impractical it may sound but its given a special name of managed retreat.
