where can i find free garrison cap patterns?

That's a toughie. Do you have one, or can you borrow one? I would unfold the brim and trace around it for a pattern. Cut 2 plus an interfacing to stiffen it. Add your piping and sew together, leaving a hole in the inside crown for turning. Clip the corners, turn right side out, hand-sew the opening, turn up the brim and there you go. Sorry I couldn't find you a pattern.
