My fiance LOVES my reduced breasts!
I got it done Feb 2006 (health problems) and he plays with them as often as he did before my reduction.
They are perkier and fuller than they were before my surgery.

If you are having a problem with large heavy breasts, then by all means have them reduced. Big sloppy breasts are not attractive. They are also uncomfortable and make the clothes fit funny.
Friend of mine had it done cause they were hurting her back. To heavy in front and carrying all that weight hurt the back.
I think that anyone with a small body and big boobies looks so lop-sided. Smaller would look much sexier.

Actually, I don't think any surgery is sexy.
Breast reduction is usually done out of medical necessity, not the desire to have little breasts.
Maybe I don't understand the question!

Not sure about surgery to do it, but I prefer small and perky every time over larger breasts. Almost to the point of the-smaller-the-better, but that makes me weird I think. Oh well, to each his own, that's what turns me on I guess. Surgery to do it is overboard though - I wish my girlfriend had smaller boobs but I'm not about to ask her to go under the knife for it!

I KNOW A COUPLE OF GIRLS THAT HAVE HAD IT DONE BECAUSE THEIR BREASTS WERE HUGE. THEY HAD A HARD TIME FINDING TOPS THAT FIT THE PROPERLY AND WERE BEGINNING TO HAVE BACK PROBLEMS. THEY NOW FELL SEXIER AND MORE CONFIDENT BECAUSE THEY DON'T FEEL AS THOUGH THAT'S ALL THAT PEOPLE LOOK AT. BOTTOM LINE... IF YOU FEEL SEXY, YOU WILL LOOK SEXY!!!

Well. Maybe. I am one of those rare men who doesn't like girls with big boobs. I always think about what they will be like in a few years.
But I am not sure messing with nature is ever a good idea.
