If I lose my temper I usually like to be by myself, if anyone is around me I will use them as a human target for all my rage. I find that I am most short tempered in the mornings or when I am really tired or hungover. Try getting involved in some sort of exciting activity, it might be skydiving or flower arranging, what ever floats your boat but this will help you focus on something rather than being angry all day. If all fails, buy a baseball bat and hit the crap out of everything, that should also make you feel better. Best of luck

No i don't consider myself moody,i get a bit fed up when I'm in pain and things which is about 70percent of the day but i think I'm easy going and good tempered, but that's the way i see myself anyway.

No. I tend to be on a fairly level keel all the time.
It takes a lot to get me annoyed but when I am I rant & rave for a couple of minutes to get it off my chest & then its back to normal. It takes too much energy to be moody.

The looks in those beautiful eyes are really mood provocative; Hmmm, dealing with those eyes, who cares for the rest of the world.

Yes, I'm moody but not aggressively, it means that I approach every day slightly differently, and every day feels different. Hey that's cool isn't it.

No. I have tried to give people the 'silent treatment' in the past- but then I forget! I'm not very good at being grumpy- I have such a poor attention span!!
