Every person I know who is a republican, (I lie not) is a very non thinking entity. They seem to not really see what is going on. It seems they are easily influenced by whoever they happen to be talking to.
The republicans I know are also nasty and mean, non-compassionate and two-faced.
I kid you not, every single republican I know is mean, arrogant and rude, greedy and proud.
Sorry, but this all I've seen in them.On the other hand, all the dems I know are intelligent, tolerant, understanding, patient, and giving and usually have a degree.
And cannot be moved or influenced by anything, but are set in their ways and stable-minded.
It is a fact that about 95% of college professors are democrat.
There has got to be a reason why this is so.
Thoughts anyone?
PLease no insults, just some good responses, ok?

I think your assessment that all Conservatives are ignorant and proud is a bit too broad brushed. I am a Democrat, left leaning, and my family are conservative. All are educated and tolerant people, but just have a different world view from myself. They aren't greedy, just the opposite...good, tolerant, Christians. There is probably a chance that you will have a change in your life that will alter your political views....embrace it, and one up all those nasty politicos, respect others differences

I am guessing that you are fairly young. You must not have met a lot of Republicans yet.

My parents are Republicans.... They volunteer with the American Red Cross. After Katrina they were two of the first people to report to their unit and helped settle many of the refugees in their city. When any neighbor is in need they are right there to help them. My mom takes an elderly friend to the doctors, grocery shopping, gets her dog groomed, takes her to get her hair cut. On a Monthly basis.

When my uncle nearly died from an infection They were the first ones there to help my aunt and be sure that someone was with my uncle 24/7.

Most of the Democrats I see are highly skilled people; at turning the spin to make themselves look good.

The recent trend for liberalism within the ranks of college professors is troubling. As it does not give a true balanced picture. It is a one sided education.... Education should open minds to all possibilities not to just one side.

Something gives me a feeling your are a Democrat? Does that make me smart or stupid. A republican or a Democrat.

Truth is you cannot lump all stupid people or smart people into one party, or category. It takes a lot of different kinds to make the world go round. So too with politicians. You sound extremely prejudice, and close minded, or just a stupid Democrat. Oops, I mean Republican.

Are all blacks, good, are all whites, bad, are all Mexicans low life's, etc...?????

I know I won't change your mind, and I really couldn't care less. But you asked. So I answered. O.K??

Spoken like a 12 year old.

You obviously shape your own experience. I am a conservative Republican and I gotta say, I am glad most liberal Democrats are NOT like you!

(Funny that you asked for no insults.)

all of the liberals that i know will believe anything they see or read. they will believe what ever the left leaning media tell them to . many college professors are lifelong students who never quite grew up , thus the high percentage of dems.

Sounds to me like you must be hanging with a lot of young people that claim to be Republicans but are liberal Democrats in disguise. It sounds more like most of the Democrats i have met who love to argue the facts but never take the time to really investigate the issues or the candidates. They are usually unaware of how the candidates they vote for stand on the issues.
