definately a salt person................i dont eat many sweets at all, and I know that it sounds really nasty, but many days I will shake the salt shaker into my hand and lick the salt off. I also like the sea salt, that tastes good too.........dont worry i check my blood pressure often, its normal as of now.
I saw this article one time where a little boy would do the same thing, eat salt plain like that, and his parents locked all the salt up and denied him any salt, and he died. Some weird thing was going on with his body where he needed extra salt. I dont think that is whats going on with me, and not trying to use that as an excuse, I just enjoy salt.

Well, it depends. I like sugar a lot, but I get tired of it, so then I eat some chips or something, but I like sugar better :)
And I'm sugar sweet, as a nice person.

i don't eat much salt as i am on a low-sodium diet and i hardly ever use sugar except for baking

i like salty snacks more so than sugar, but i rarely salt my food if that's what yer getting at
