you realy cant... the wireless network can detect your IP just hope that your neighbor doesn't put a password on his wireless network, if he does, you'll need the password

You can't. He can look at the logs on his router to see who is attached to his network, but he might not check.

You can't, his machine will be logging your access, your mac address will be recorded against his dhcp. If he actually discovers this you could go to prison for it now.
