This is tough, because they met more than one place

The First Continental Congress met only in Philadelphia (at Carpenter's Hall)

The Second Continental Congress -- which is what I assume you're interested in-- met in Philadelphia (at the State House, now called "Independence Hall"), but war forced it sometimes to move. Here is the "itinerary"

Philadelphia (1775–76)
Baltimore (1776–77)
Philadelphia (1777)
Lancaster, Pa. (1777)
York, Pa. (1777–78)
Philadelphia (after 1778)

That's actually FOUR places.

The Articles of Confederation were adopted November 15, 1777, while Congress was meeting in YORK.
