This is why you have an attorney; said attorney can have the judge issue a restraining order; or, order that any funds from sale of house be deposited with the clerk of the court to be held in an escrow account pending a ruling from the judge as to disposition.

If you are living there and are married, it is against the law for him to sell the house and kick you out. You need to talk with a lawyer asap. I mean today. Get on the phone and call right now. Not only that you also are entitled to half of the money he sells the place for because you are married. GOOD LUCK

Your wife does have insecurity issues, and it sounds like you have had it so, your the man tell her Honey i am going and go, take the kids it might soften the blow a little she wont think your going looking for someone to make you happy she probably feels the tension to. I will pray for the both of you, in these days it is so easy to call it quits but it is a fight and struggle to keep a marriage together so I really hope things work out for you, My pasture always says Men you need a spine you are the head of the household not your wife's.

Real estate is considered chattel. He may very well have the right to sell it without your approval. But you do have rights. It depends on the length of the marriage, your involvement in the property and your contributions. Get an attorney. You won't get any conclusive answeres here.

get a lawyer.

if you can't afford a lawyer, contact legal aid.

you can also go to the local court and speak with the clerk of the court.

the clerks of the court are the persons behind all court cases. they make many of the decisions. the judge looks like he is in charge, but, but.
