Do you mean that when you push the power button, nothing happens? Are you positive it was the power supply in the first place?

Recheck all your connections for a start.
Make sure your powerstrip or surge protecter isn't shot.
Check everything between the wall plug and the machine.

I don't understand what you mean. Did a service center install the power supply or you? If a service center, take it back and have them fix it right. If you, ask yourself why you installed a power supply. Did you remove the old power supply and test it out of the computer with an ohm-meter?

If you replaced the power supply without testing it with a meter, maybe it was actually fine. There are other reasons why a computer might not respond besides a power supply. Try resetting the power management (link below has details). If that is a no-go, try reseating the processor but be careful. It is easy to damage something unless you know what you are doing.
