There are numerous versions on why JFK was assasinated.

The official version according to the Warren Commission, Lee Harvey Oswald acted on his own and assasinated JFK.

The Hollywood version according to Oliver Stone's movie JFK, the far right wing rogue elements in the United States orchestrated the assasination as JFK had upset the powers behind the military industrial complex that President Eisenhower had forewarned.

By far the internet has the most conspiracy thoeries on why JFK was assasinated. Do a search, I am sure you can find many of them.

I think if you research you will find that Kennedy had a plan to end the cold war and bring peace between the east and the west.

I also believe that J.E. Hoover black mailed Kennedy over a brief affair in to taking on L.B. Johnson as vice president. Many people speculate that the assassination was committed by many conservative groups like the KKK because they could not stand to have an Irish-Catholic president, this theory is creditable I think because many racist groups promise never to have an Irish Catholic president again.

I believe the assassination was committed by our own government with collaboration from many government contractors who were getting very rich from the cold war. I also believe it was lead by J.E. Hoover ( who hated Irish-Catholics) and L.B. Johnson. I think J.F. Kennedy was a great president who would have changed our world for the better if not taken down in his prime.

No one knows and the Warren Commission documents will not be released until 2017.

From Wikipedia:

"In late September 1964, after a 10 month investigation, the Warren Commission Report was published. The Commission concluded that it could not find any persuasive evidence of a domestic or foreign conspiracy involving any other person(s), group(s), or country(ies)."

Because he didn't support the Director of CIA - Allen Dulles secret war he started with Cuba by sending in air, ground, and naval support. Instead the secret army of CIA guerillas were rounded up and executed by Castro.

JFK also put his bulldog Hoover on the rest of the CIA's covert operations, because JFK thought he was the President and should be the one to start wars and such.

He wasnt supposed to win the election in the first place. Thats why LBJ was his running mate. The CIA couldnt control him and he threatened to shatter them into a million pieces. He didnt support the Cuba invasion. Castro kicked out american corporate and mafia interests. Didnt make those that control the country happy.

Kennedy was killed because he failed to help the Cuban exiles in their 1961 attempt to invade Cuba and overthrow the Communist government of Fidel Castro. And still another theory claims that, because he did not destroy Cuba in the Cuban missile crisis of 1962, he angered anti-Castro factions and so was slain.

the latest is that LBJ and the CIA wanted him gone. And I'm inclined to believe it. LBJ appears to have been the most powerful man in America during that time he moved mountains even as a senator.he could have had it done
