Leather.
1. Leather is easier to clean, gives higher resale value, is classier, considered more rich and is at least $2000 to attempt to add leather after the fact.
2. Sunroof is just another access for thieves, water, wind noise/whistles, odd sun fading in center of front area, fading of dash and any dash plastics or woods and a sunroof can be added at any time after the fact for $500 or less. Sunroof will NOT increase the value of a car, a moonroof will, but not a sunroof.

Leather seats. Cloth gets dirty way to easily, and I could survive without a sunroof.
