Ron Paul said they hate us because of our U.S. Foreign Policy and involvement in The Middle East.

In Osama Bin Laden's "Letter To America", he says they attacked us because of U.S. Foreign Policy and involvement in The Middle East. Basically because where over there.

Isn't Ron Paul right?

Of course he is right. Only an idiot or a politically blinded person would not understand that.
There are persons so brainwashed with nationalism that they do come up with the most ridiculous reasons for why they hate us.

I very much supported him until this.
Maybe our foreign policy is part of why they hate us, but the biggest reason why they hate us is because we don't bow down and let them take over the world.
I'll be watching Ron Paul closely to see what his views are about Israel. I'm curious what his answer would be to the question: Why do the arab countries hate Israel?
I'm afraid I know what he would say already and that's why I'm sad to say I probably won't vote for him.

Ron Paul is quoting the 9-11 Commision Report. So he is the most knowledgable.

Yes, he was right. Look back at foreign policy over the past 100 years. How often was the US getting attacked before the 1950s? Why didn't they "hate our freedom" back then? It's because we were staying out of their business and off the Holy Lands. However, Dr. Paul also said it was part of the reason, not the entire reason.

well still if some one believes that 9/11 attacks were staged by SO CALLED ALQAEEDA then i think tht person is living in a fools paradise.is it possible tht a country like USA who claims tht they can even count the feathers of a flying bird via satellite etc can be attacked by the passengers airplanes who had long a time ago left their original path and they smashed themselves with TWIN TOWERS and PENTAGON without the notice of any civil or military aviation auth or radar. Is it possible?Pentagon which has a inner circle of air defence which any flying object try to cross and the missiles r fired automatically but in this case where were those missiles sleeping?

this was all staged drama by the US govt under the garb of ALQAEEDA and just to befool the US citizens and to win their sympathies for starting a war to occupy the oil and mineral enriched MUSLIM LANDS.

I dont know when the AMMERICANS ll start thinking with their own heads instead of seeing and listening to all that which their any govt wants them to see and hear?

yes.
everyone is scared to say it, but tis true.

it doesn't excuse 9/11- the same way if someone stepped infront of me I don't have a right to knock that person and whoever else they are walking with on the ground.
but it gives us some ways to ease the tensions

stop bombing them, stop setting up military bases there, stop occupying countries there, and stop being so aggressive

examining things this way can prevent fights between us and other nations before they even begin

Yes, Ron Paul is right.

As a general rule, people don't like being f ucked with. KEEP f ucking with them, and they will get enough and start f ucking back.

The small minority of morons who don't get this, are simply fringe dwellers who have their heads up their a sses.

Yes, Congressman Ron Pual is right. He attributes the 911 to the previous administration's foreign policies and covert operations in the Middle East. He believed that it sow the seeds for the 911 attack. CIA terms it as "Blowback".

After the first Gulf war in 1991, the United States continued to maintain a large troop presence in Saudi Arabia to maintain stability in the region. Radical elements in the Wahhabi tribe, such as Osama bin Ladin, viewed the US troops presence as the desecration of the Holy land, as the Mecca is the site where Muslims of the world converge for their pilgrimage.

The Saud family, rulers of Saudi Arabia, the leader of OPEC has priced oil exclusively in US dollars since 1974. The US government, in turns supplies arms and weapons to maintain the power of Saud family in Arabia.

Due to escalating cost of the Vietnam war, the Nixion administration delinked the US dollar from the gold standard. US. By pricing oil exclusively in US dollars, Saudi Arabia, the leader of OPEC, infacts helps to create demand and prop up the value of the Dollar, and help finance the United States's national debt of several trillions as oil importing countries need to earn US dollars reserves to purchase oil.

Osama bin Ladin view this state of affairs between the United States and Saudi Arabia to be a great betrayal. He has organised numerous terrorist attacks and campagins in Saudi Arabia but has been unable to unseat the power of the Saud family under the protection of the United States government.

It seems that bring his war to the US homeland is the next logical choice.

More Saudi nationals were involved in the execution of 911. Yet Saudi Arabia has never been held accountable for 911.
