Charlotte, NC. It has tons of opportunity, southern charm, and many of the people in the area are new there, too. 2 hours from the mountains, 3 hours from the ocean, and 3 hours from historical Charleston. Perfect.

To me, I think that a city of about 114,000, is just the right size for anyone! One of the things you have to keep in mind, is what kind of schools they have for the youngsters! You don't want a school where they are packed like sardines,and the quality is very low! My family is what is important !

Charleston, SC. Beautiful place! I live in Virginia though, just visited there...gorgeous, seemed very safe, and the people were so nice.
