I am 24 yrs old and my husband is 29 yrs old we have been married 1.5 yrs. He is a conserative morman and i am catholic (not very religoius)more open minded.To get to the issue my husband found out one of my investments which had paid for the down payment of our house was in porn series. While in college my friend Paul started his own ameteur porn series and i was an partner/investor in it.I was NEVER in any of the films i just assisted in the accounting/editing/ locations/buying equipment.After graduating college i started working at an accounting firm soon after met my hubby .I still continued to make money from porn series though and still do.Hubby feels disgusted because of this and want to sell our home plus anything else bought ith that money ? Why is he acting this way?

I think this is something that you should have told him before you married him. How is it that you have been married 1 1/2 year and he's just now finding out? Just because you weren't actually "in" the movies, that doesn't exactly mean you have clean hands. I'm not saying I'm perfect, but I would have prolly mentioned this to someone I was going to marry. This sounds to be pretty important to him, as it would be me if I were him.
I suggest giving it some time, and I would definetely think about getting out of the porn business if you want to save your marriage. good luck to you.

I would say you must realize that this guy is just being an idiot it is your money from a long past investment that is still making a return which is awesome for you. I think you must consider just getting rid of this goofball really if your money bought a home and is helping pay for stuff who the F cares where the money comes from it's not like it is something illegal.

You worked for the money and you deserve where it goes now either a divorce or him selling your house.
He's disgusted the way it came from . I don't think he will marry you if he had known it prior to your marriage. That's what all about.
Make money where other people can't accept it later will ruin your life.

He is being rediculous! Why didn't he ask about the money before? WHy now? Tell him that you'll just spend the money on yourself and if he has a problem with it then leave.

you married a good conserative morman amd your expecting a more libral view of your investments .you should choose to be his wife our your own person i would hope you can find yourself in being his wife ,i would recomend that you not speek to him about your money maters anymore .if he does not wnat his name on the hose have him remove his name .

If you sell your house what will you do with all the money that you would then have from the house sale... that money that you made from porn?
