Just use an online bookmark service.

http://del.icio.us/ is the most popular but by no means the best.

Just search for "online bookmark" (without the quotes) and upload your address book and contact list to the site you like.

That's it. You can log into the online account from anywhere go to all your favourite sites.

well if you want to access your machine from a different machine via the internet you would need to use remote access software, if your not used to do this i would advise getting a program called pcanywhere this is the basic program for doing remote access.
