I would not sleep with anyone I met anywhere because, thankfully, I am happily married.
If I was single? If I had been dating the person and liked them very much, it would not matter where I had met them really.

who knows? I wouldn't meet up with anyone from y/a with the intention of having a sexual relationship. But if i met somebody who i started to have a relationship with and found out they were on y/a, it wouldn't stop me from continuing it...
