Funny you should ask this. I just read an article about how thin people who lead sedintary lifestyles and don't eat healthy, have lots of fat inside surrounding thier major organs....
we may ALL be fat on the inside!

i weight 300lbs im fat on the outside and i make big look beautiful but with that thought then no i guess im not fat on the inside

i am ALWAYS thinking about food (GOOD FOOD)...
i think i LOVE it!
and i will not discriminate against a certain # of calories, if it is GOOD!!!
