A car driven without oil can cause permanent damage to the pistons and rings and cyllinders, where the fuel and air are compressed about nine times more than normal pressure. So, the first thing to do is to have a compression test done on all of the cyllinders. If one does not pass, and I suspect several wont, then you will need to have this engine rebuilt, get a used one from a junk yard or buy a new or rebuilt engine. Check to see if compression tests have been done and how many miles are on the engine? Sensors do not normally go out for 100K miles or more and should not have gone bad just because you drove without oil.(How far, by the way did you go without oil?)

who did the oil change? was it a shop that did it? if so, i would contact that shop asap! if it ran without oil, or not enough oil, then changing sensors etc., aren't going to do anything. you might need a new motor? more info might help? what did they flush (or try to flush)?

Can you spell N-E-W-C-A-R? Unfortunately, It sounds like the more cost-efficient solution here. It sounds like you went to either JiffyLube or Wal-Mart. Learning to perform routine maintenance on your own vehicle can save a lot of headaches such as this.

If it realy did run without oil, NOTHING good will come of it.
There is no easy fix.

You put about 400,000 miles of engine wear on it in two minutes.
