Depends where u live darling ! But I'd say if ur nearly london then get urself up town and go round where the Millenium wheel is and sit by the water there , the views are amazing the buzz of all the people and cultures is second to none ...

Go to your park or any lovely area and pick up litter, volunteer at a homeless shelter, look in your local paper to see free shows in town, and stay out of trouble because that can cause heartache and money for the rest of your life

In New York City, you could take ride all night on the Staten Island Ferry and see the lights of Manhattan - very romantic. You could talk to each other or best of all have sex -- it's free!

use anything that is cheapest way, but at the same time it can be fun.... depends where you are. you are not telling us if this is in a home, or you are in the streets. But i assume since you're using the computer, go online, drink something you have in the house together, read a book, watch tv, or the cheapest way is make love. doesn't make you spend any cash...(you have written = what can WE do - so i'm assuming with your husband???)

Read a book to expand the mind!!

depends , if you are a couple, have a romantic meal, early night, if you are girls, alone then have a popcorn night, tell stories, tell each other what you like/dislike about { pick a subject } have a make up night where you make each other up, then take photos to remind you of how gorgeous you looked !
