my sister is really self concious and i dont think she need to be. shes a 36c at age 14 what do you think?

That's bigger than most women ! She is fine just keep reassuring her she has nothing to worry about and should be happy !

Oh goodness she sounds just find actually pretty lucky! When I was 14 I was like an A or B something like that, I could still wear undershirts that is for certain! I have since caught up to a 34 DD but it took me years! I don't know if you sister is concerned whether they are too small or too big but for her age she is doing pretty good!

For a 14 year old, she is a bit big.
Is she properly fitted? 80% of us are in the wrong sized bra, so she should go to Nordstroms or JCPenneys or Sears for sizing (NOT victoria secret).
I was really self conscious at that age with big breasts, its annoying but she should try to ignore any comments. She could always try a "minimizer" bra (helps try to make bigger chested girls look smaller).

It depends on your body shape. I don't know if there is a perfect size. Some girls are comfortable with their size either way - large or small. You should just be happy with what God gave you either way. If some guy likes you just for your breat size he's not worth your time anyway. (I know it doesn't say anything about guys - just a point to make) I think your sister is perfect the way she is.

I was a 34 D at 14. It is hard because most other girls are much smaller at that age. Tell her try a minimizer bra which will make her look about one cup size smaller. Most lingerie stores have them.

The perfect breast size for a 14 year old is the one she has. Seriously, what you get is what is right for you and it will all "even out".

everyone's different some girls grow slow and others go form flat to a c cup overnight it's all normal but if she to top heavy many of my friends freshman year were... were a sports bra at home and to sleep if they hurt her the support will help a lot
