Spouse and I took the kid to a carnival last night, carnival had one of those mobile carnival food stands with a Pork chop sandwich and German sausage for sale. Which one would be more likely to make you sick within an hour?

My first instinct would be the Pork Chop sandwich, since the German sausage would likely be pre-cooked. Additionally, the sandwich may have other ingredients (condiments, vegetables) that are uncooked and therefore more likely to contain pathogens.
