Ignoring the blatant abuse of Y!A's community guidelines from Brife U...
You can't. If someone *does* offer you the money, look for the cables attached. I said cables instead of strings, 'cause they are going to be doozies.
If you are under (personal) financial stress...STOP SPENDING. Especially on $3 coffees that you can make at home for less than 30 cents. Make your lunch at home and avoid spending $10 for a sandwich and coffee/soda. Make supper instead of spending $20 for a half-decent meal in a restaurant. If you can, carpool or use public transit, stop using cabs or driving alone.
etc...in othewords, if it is not absolutely necessary, minimise and/or get rid of it.
Now, while there is no such thing as a "Financial Stress" grant (unless you happen to be a major multinational, but that is called blackmail... ;) ), if you do still need money, talk to your bank about a consolidation loan. That way you have a single (lower) payment. Once you've done that, if you don't have the cash on hand, don't buy it. Easiest way to guarantee this point is to cut up any plastic you have - keep one for emergencies (the one withthe most favourable terms), and use it only when absolutely necessary...then pay it off right away. You will incidentally, have to use it once per year just to keep the card active, and not have the company cancel it on you.
Incidentally, you can probably find dozens, if not hundreds, of books on the topic of reducing your personal debt and simplifying your life. But, the key thing to remember is that credit is bad, savings are good. :D

No one is going to give you money. You can try your local bank for ideas.
