Well for me, according to the book Dolores Umbridge is supposed to have kinda a toad face, and be really strict, but i saw d trailer and she looked really bubbbly and kinda cute for the way she was described in the book.

There are going to be SO many things changed/added to the movie. One thing that I've heard is that they've made it where Cho's the one that tells Umbridge about the D.A. - not her friend. But J.K. has to approve the script, so Cho must not come up at all in the last book.

How can you know this?? It's not even out yet. In any case, don't expect the film and the book to be exact. Just because they don't kiss during the same time in the book as in the movie, doesn't mean that it makes something wrong with the film. What are you basing this on, one of the trailers??

Filmmakers have to take some liberties with the script. You can't turn an 800+ page book into a 2+ hour-long movie without cutting some corners. If they stuck to the complete story, the movie would be ridiculously long!

What? That's not a mistake, that's just the film makers changing things - it has to be done to make a book into a movie I'm afraid. What does it matter anyway?
If you think that's 'wrong' you must think the first four movies were just littered with 'mistakes'!

That's not a mistake, that's the filmmakers using creative license.
