What is the extension of the file (eg .iso / .zip?)... If it's an iso you need to burn it to cd/dvd or mount it to a virtual drive. if it's zip/rar etc you will need to decompress it with something like WinRAR. At this point, it should make more sense.

Azureus is a download client, for peer to peer downloading only,
Now here is your problem, if you did not pay for it, your pirating software which is illegal to do, and Carel Draw is copy right software, and phones home when your on the net, just like MS Windows phones home every two weeks, and gives all the details of what is on your computer,
Now there is no excuse for pirating copy right software these days, and stand the chance of being taken to court and fined very steep,
When you can have all the software you will ever need for FREE with out pirating it, This is called open source software, developed by Linux software programmer's,
Do yourself a favor and do some research into linux opperating systems, you can run linux software under windows,
Try downloading Open Office 2,which has package with it like Microsoft Draw, Power Point, Word, Excel, and Access 2007 these are top for the rang packages all free.

I agree with GMartin376. You have a compressed file that needs to be opened.
I won't go on about it, but you do realise that this is illegal, don't you?
