It all depends on what you mean by "greatest". Do you mean the most famous, like an actress? Do you mean the most moral and ethical? Do you mean most important? I don't think there is anything wrong with having a goal to be a good, law-abiding, contributing person. Someone who inspires others to work hard, get educated, be responsible, etc. But you and I both know there are people out there who aspire to "make the most money", or "sell the most drugs", or "sleep with the most women", or "be the most famous". In the end, none of that will matter. I think what is most important is how you can contribute to society as a whole, in a moral and ethical way, raising your children to be good citizens, sponsors and helpers of all, and lovers of God. What's more, I truly believe that when you put others FIRST and make THEM the people you care about, then you are indeed great.
God bless!

Instead of wanting to be the greatest person on earth, shoot for a much more realistic goal, to be the best person that YOU can be. That way you won't be disappointed. Start out by doing the best you can in school.
Then decide what you want to do with your life. Do you want to be a doctor, scientist, politician, housewife? Decide that and then work toward that goal. Being best at any one of these (or a career of your choice) is a big order in itself, but you have a much better chance of attaining the best____________, than you do being king/queen of the world. Good luck.

You think highly of your self.
Not that this is bad, but this goal is unattainable, you will never be happy. Lower the bar a few notches, try to be an 'influential person in society'. I know I have my own standards high, but I can attain them.
Who is the 'Greatest Person on Earth' anyway?

Why not settle for being the best Mary Jane Burns that has ever lived! Everyone is unique in all the world. We should all strive to be better than what we are! Good luck!

Good work! I am with you all the way. As a matter of fact we are one. Don`t tell anyone, they will think you/we are nuts.
It would help you to write down in as much detail as you can find in your imagination all the ways in which you would like to see it materialize. Any time you spend doing this will increase the speed with which your dream comes true.
Let me know when you start seeing results and I will crack open a bottle of red wine to help you celebrate. I really really believe in you. Have fun.

In Eastern Philosophies, all humans suffer from delusions, your's are just of a different type.
I am not inspired by such claims, rather I experience a certain amount of sorrow for you in desiring such a goal.
