I don't waste time and emotion on something as destructive as hate. I do dislike things but that's far from the emotion "hate".
I dislike when the ignorant is getting education and still choses to be ignorant.
I dislike commercials since I think that they picture people as stupid, or expect people to be stupid.
I dislike governments that spends tons of money on military but cuts back on the foundings for schools and education.
I dislike how people are stereotyped in media instead of celebrated for their uniqueness.

If a person is depressed, ie., switching to hatred is a step in the right direction. It simply feels better. No need to camp there too long, though, because hatred is also the cause of disease. So keeping that in mind, how about trying for the emotion of blame or anger, both also better than hatred, also a form of dis-ease, but both heading in the right direction. If you can see the improvement made already with this small effort, a good feeling could suddenly come over you right away and it would be time to celebrate. If not, then another effort can get us to maybe doubt and then from doubt to irritation, irritation to contentment, contentment to enthusiasm, enthusiasm to joy or empowerment. This is only to give you an idea of the process for moving up the emotional scale, yet at the same time it is magic. Now you see it, now you don`t, the hatred that is.

~~~ I love to hate my Brother-In-Law. He deserves to be hated because he's a horrible,rotton scummy beast. I'm not just saying this because I hate him either. He REALLY is a piece of ****!! (I cencered it myself) First of all, he did terrible things to his own daughter,and second of all he mistreats animals and is a racist/sexist pig. He is 68 years old and still lives with his Mommy. He killed my husbands' favoorite cat when he was drunk. Then lied and said the cat commited suicide. It made my husbands' last two months on Earth sad,because he missed "Blue." I especially HATE him because he lived and Cliff didn't. Everytime I saw him after Cliff left I seethed with surpressed fury. He is forbidden to ever come to my house,and if he is going to be there...I will not go to family get togethers. To know this *******!! is to hate him. No lie. (I cencered that too) The way I spelled "cencer" looks wrong does'nt it? Well, I looked it up and that's how it said to spell it,so if it's wrong blame Yahoo! Anyway...Bill Glatt (haha I got his rotton name in cyberspace) is a ****!! and I hate his guts. Thank you. That felt good. ~~~
I love to hate people that think they are better than everyone and know everything.
Hate is such a strong word though, I prefer dislike.
Hate is a very unpleasant emotional state. Choosing to have unpleasantness in your life is one choice -- there are other ways to live.
1-Bad guys-in wrestling, movies, etc.
2-Girls may love the bad boy, that is, until he is bad to her.
3-Stubbornness vs. persistence > same quality, perspective changes depending on in who's favour.
People who have 19 items in the 10 or less "express" lane at the grocery and then proceed to pull out a checkbook! That's why they swipe your bank card too now, duh....
