Well i bought New Samsung T9 and i came home and put it in my comp, it showed me a balloon that said found new hardware MTP DEVICE then Found new hardware "a problem has occured during hardware instalation. Your new hardware may not work properly". I took it back to best buy and they hooked it up yo one of their comps and it worked fine and he said it was a problem with my comp, can anyone help me?

do you have windows service pack 2 on your computer?
Did the T9 come with a cd? and instructions?
if it came with a cd and instructions the driver will be on it and you need to read the instructions on how to install it

often a problem when windows try to auto install stuff,make sure you uninstall it,then install drivers etc before you connect the device to the pc,you will be fine.
