The pain is located in my vagina, its not it it's self but the top of it and around the side. It makes me where I cant walk and sleep at night. It is the worst when I get up in the morning and try to lift my leg up to put pants on. I was checked for all the infections. I had a baterial infetion but I took antibotics for thst 4 weeks ago and seem to be fine. I have 2 other kids and never have expercienced this before. I have only gained 13 lbs so i am not overweight. I talked to the doctor and she said I should be fine and just brushed it off. But every day it is seeming to get worse. Has anyone had this promblem or could it be that baterial infection hurt my insides since I had it for so long?

I have been to the doctor and she would not do anything about it, I would never endager my baby. I have had this promblem for about a month and they seem to think I have anything wrong but it's not there vagina that feels like it's being ripped off when they walk.

I am 39 weeks pregnant and had the EXACT same thing! Look up SPD onthe internet! I think it stands for Symphasis Pelvic Disorder! The shymphasis bone in your pelvis can actually dislocate during pregnancy and they say it's more intense in smaller women. It is unbearable to do anything that involves shifting weight from one side to the othrt i.e: Putting on Pants, getting out of the car, lying on your side! I feel for you! It is treateable by physical therapy, but you could try a support brace called Pre-natal Cradle which can be purchased online or at maternity store! This is one website:

I don't think it's the infection because your symptoms are textbook! Don't let your doc tell you it can't behelped. IT CAN!

I had the exact same thing with my 2nd pregnancy. It was hard to pinpoint the location of the pain. It was a pulled muscle/stinging pain. It hurt so bad that I would kinda buckle when I walked. I never found out the problem. So I guess it is safe to say that the doctor is right. The pain went away when I had my baby. It's nothing to worry about. Just take some Tylenol if it is really troublesome. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy and with your labour!

you need to call the doctor sounds like another infection, make sure you are drinking at least a gallon of water a day

why are you asking here instead of going to your doctor or the hospital??? you could be endangering the life of your baby and your own. I hope it's not serious, but why take that chance?
