Yes. I can imagine it would be hard in the courtroom though to prove that they were sexually harassed because after all.... it is the porn industry. That's all sex and everyone knows that going in and etc.
I do think that you can charge them for sexual harassment because it is a business too and no one should feel uncomfortable in the workplace. Whether it's an office or a porn studio.
If you are that porn actress. I wish you lots of luck and sorry to hear that you were harassed.
Take Care,
Cindy

Hard to tell. Even Hooters makes its waitresses sign a waiver that gets them to acknowledge that they might be subject to sexual harassment by patrons.

Try reading Jenna Jameson's "How to Make Love Like a Porn Star", it gives a lot of insider info about the industry. I read it awhile ago, and it's a great read. This might actually be addressed in that book.

It depends on the definition of sexual harassment in their company policy. Most workplaces such as this kind might not even have one so they would have to go for the definition of the department of labor. So if it fits then by all means they can.

i believe porn stars have a list of things they will do, and things they will not do. if someone tries to force them to do something they dont want to do, they have the right to file for sexual harrassment. also, when theyre not filming, they dont have to have sex, even if theyre at work!
