Is it better 2 have loved and lost than 2 have never loved at all?

To have loved and lost at least you will have the memories but more than likely you will also have heartache from having lost it.
But, 2 never have loved at all you will always wonder and will probably still have heartached from never having it.
so I guess it is better to have loved and lost because you'll always have memories, hopefully they will console you through the pain of losing it.

2 have loved, because at lest you had it once, you always see people in love and so happy every where, even on TV. I think you want to know what that feels like it looks so beautiful and it's sadder to know you've never had that and doesn't know what it feels like that no one has ever loved you. So it's better to know that something so beautiful did happen to you too, even if it didn't work out, you learn from it.

it depends. In a prison setting I'd prefer to be never loved at all. Here on the outside, well... sometimes the joy outweighs the pain.

because when you remember that you have LOVED - if it was true love AND you LOST it - it makes you draw a sharp breath, it hurts so much! (no matter how much time goes by...)

it is better to have loved and lost because it makes you stronger. to have never loved at all is probably impossible.

But then again if youve never loved, then you dont really know what you missed so what does it matter if youve loved or not?
