No a guy has never just walked straight up to me to show off his bicep...but I have talked to guys where the conversation has led to muscles etc...and then the guy has shown me his bicep.

No. However, a guy did ask me out while cleaning his ears with his keys. I'm sure he fits into the same category as muscle showing guys.
