I don't mean the spinoffs. In X-Men the Last Stand at the end he moved the metal chess piece without touching it after being cured wich hinted that his powers will be restored in a fourth. Says Ian Mckellen who plays Magneto on his website mckellen.com . There is going to be an X-Men 4 but the Wolverine and Magneto spinoffs will come first. In X-Men 4 with Magneto with his powers back what do you think he would do? Would he continue his cause and get back with Pyro, Juggernaut, and some new Brotherhood members (remember they hate the humans soo much) Or something else. Please tell me your predictions.

i guess it depends on what story lines they use. and as you know there are so many to choose from.
however with the professor trapped inside anothers body they could go with magneto being the good guy. with wolverine always so flighty storm is overwhelmed scott is presumably dead, magneto could became the new headmaster and not moment to soon. Apocalypse is here with his horsemen.
or magneto decides to create asteroid M and take any mutant that wants to go along and the xmen have to battle the acolytes.
or my personal favorite is the resurrection of jean grey and scott summers and the execution of the phoenix by the shiar empire. a love interest for xavier as the xmen battle the imperial guard!
or the hellfire club and the new Massachusetts academy school led by the white queen. this is the movie where the new xmen is created by the students.

They say that there isn't going to be an X Men 4. There will be a Wolverine movie sometime this year, I think, and there might be the possibility of a NEW X Men trilogy sometime in the future. But it the end of X-men 3 Magneto moves the chess piece without touching it, so I do think he will get his powers back.

If I were in charge of resurrecting the franchise, I would bring the Fabian Cortez character into the story. He amplifies mutant powers, so Magneto would be a threat again.
I would also bring in Apocalypse and hint at Mister Sinister being in X-Men 5 by bringing Madelyn Pryor and Scott Summers back.

I'm sure that once Magneto gets his powers back, he will join up with the brotherhood and get revenge on the X-men, since their the ones who got rid of this powers. :)

its a trlogy not a 4 part series.
get over it
untill the company who made those movies officialy announces a new sequel i'll stay with the fact that it was a TRILOGY.
you see finales sometimes have surprises.
