Yep, it sound like it is a strong sign to dump them and move on with your life to find someone who appreciates who you are and wants to be with you.

It **can** be a sign. A sign of a lot of different things: and it might not be the sign you think it is.
Maybe the person has been too busy, worried about something, or a million other things. It is up to you to figure out what is going on.

I say that if you are reading and questioning every mundane random moment of your potential relationship that your are looking for an out and would rather blame destiny-fate-or the wind blowing than to take responsibilty and evaluate your own crap tyvm
