It would be more proper to write, "Do you think you CAN do what I ask you to (do) without argument?". Either sentence would be proper if you changed COULD to CAN, as the tense of the sentence is the present.

How about: Would you do what I ask without questioning (or argument)?

Make it shorter still. "Can do what I ask without argument?"

Just put "an" before arguement and you should be fine.
