no, your legs don't cause any friction in "those areas" when you are walking or standing. if a girl slows down while walking, she is doing it for another reason. perhaps she's tired, or looking for an escape route.

No. Why would we have to walk slower? You seem to not understand female sex organs very well. Walking fast will not have any impact on whether a woman is aroused or not.
