Yes it is actually pretty normal. Your hormones are simply regulating, resulting in an inconsistent cycle. Nothing to worry about.

when a girl first starts having periods at 12, 13 they have irregular cycles, and sometimes it can last up to the age 18 and beyond. Just depends on the girl and the lifestyle. I have seen girls that are 18 and go away to college have irregular cycles for the first few years of school. It becomes a problem when you are trying to get pregnant. If you have problems talk to your doctor. The best thing to also do is tract your periods for your doctor

Absolutely. That is not uncommon at all. Not knowing your age, it is hard to say if you are still in that area. But, during your teen years especially, it is very common to be irregular! Sometimes a woman can stay irregular forever.

yes, my period would be so iregular when I was young and I never had any cramps, also had very light flow now I am older and they are very 28 days and last for 7 days instead of 4 and I have cramps. I would think it would be oppisite but I guess every one is different.

eh, a little. Birth control helped me really regulate it and when I went off the stayed the same.....
