What are you going to do today that is LOTS OF FUN?

after catching up on some housework, and some errands..I have a date with my 21/2 yr. old grand-daughter to go fishing. She loves the water..and I greatly enjoy sharing her newfound independence and wonder as she gains new knowledge and experience from this. Her great papa bought her a fishing rod..she*ll allow you to bait the hook and cast it for her..but look out it is her*s from there on..she*ll sit and watch the bobber for all of 5sec. and holler, *me get bite, me get bite*, and start reeling it in. She actually did catch one in the process of reeling it in. The exultation, wonder, and excitement from that one catch was something to behold. She is forever wanting you to pull the *stringer* out of the water so that she can count the fish that have been caught. Being with her helps me to sit back and look at life from her perspective,,,and find the enjoyment that as an adult I often forget.

Well, let's see-
1) I work all day in a computer lab. But Saturdays are pretty slow, so i'm going to putz on here for a while
2) After I putz, I'm going to read Jane Green's "Swapping Lives," a very entertaining book about two unhappy women who switch lives for a month, all in name of publication.
3) When I get out of work, I will probably go fishing, unless it's stormy.
4) If it's stormy, I'll make cookies or watch a movie.

Well, I'm NOT going to work and not working is fun! But, mostly today is an errand day for me. Lots of running around to do, but it's sunny and gorgeous so it will be nice to get out.

WELL HELLO THERE! I'm taking the day off and doing nothing but questions and answers. Might bug my wife today too. Not really sure on that last one, kind of undecided.

well i am at work and I am getting ready to study for the 8 finals I have on monday tuesday and wednesday...doesn't that sound like loads of fun

Ugh, Sunshine, I've been doing laundry all morning, changing sheets on the beds, doing dishes, and answering every request from my two kids.
