If there was a draft, I think that not only could we win in Iraq but that it would be done much faster and with fewer casualties (being that there is so much strength in numbers). Otherwise, we will not win, and will have to leave, and the terrorists will gain in numbers and spread throughout the Middle East. Leaving us, America, crippled (from lack of oil) and then finished off in ten to fifteen years by all the countless terrorists there will be.

Having a draft didn't help us in Vietnam and it won't help in Iraq.

No Kidding, agree with prince.. What's wrong with some of you, I cannot for the life of me understand how everyone seems so blind to the truth...

Anyway does it really matter how many troops we have over in Iraq? These religious groups aren't only in Iraq, they're are all over. I Don't care how many troops you have, your not going to defeat a them, they are raised this way, they exist all over. Some of you must believe that they only exist in Iraq, lol hell we are the one's that attracted all of them into Iraq with this war against Sadaam.
I would like to see all that billions of dollars, umm spent here in our country, just imagine all the great things we could accomplish with all that money.. Oh by the way, if terroism is such a big deal and we are at such a great great risk, then why isn't our perimeter secure... Isn't that the first place you would secure in protecting your people... I know I m thinking to intelligently.. I won't give this administration that much credit to think logically.

Is winning worth more people going to over to die in Iraq? It takes a bigger man to hold his head up and admit defeat then it does to keep on fighting for all the wrong reasons. I believe this whole war is over oil and because Mr. Bush's father went to war and made himself look like an ***, so Bush has a vendetta because of his father. I say bring our men and women home.

Yes, I'm in favor of the draft to be reinstated for many reasons. One the Military in Iraq need to be here watching our borders. Make High-school graduation a must, then right out of high school all should serve 18 months to two years. We would also eliminate hard-core drug use. The draftees can re-enlist if they chose to.

All of you are retarded, just like Bush. He could have stopped 9/11 but gold was more important.... the only reason your troops are there is because of the oil.... Bush wants to control the oil, cuz if he controls the oil he controls the world, notice how Bush doesn't give a **** how many of his people die no matter how fuc|

If we had a military draft, we are still not going to win a sectarian civil war in another country.
