Really? Same here...well I'm not in band, but my friend is, and she's going with her school band on Saturday (May 26) and me and her sister are going to go there, meet them there, and have fun. We have it all planned out, first we go on the Top Thrill Dragster (front seats...we chose this ride first because the line is really long and if you arrive early, I don't think you'd have to wait a lot in line), then Millennium Force (this is the most popular roller coaster at Cedar Point, it's the BEST, the line is really long here too), then Magnum XL-200, then the new one that just opened called "Maverick" (it has so many twists, turns, and loops). I recommend these roller coasters, they're really good.
See you there, lol.
P.S. The park, on that day, opens at 10 AM and closes at 10 PM. I will be staying there for 12 hours. 8 hours (1-9 is actually 8 hours, 12 PM - 9 PM would be 9 hours) should be enough to enjoy a lot of rides, but I don't think it's enough to ride ALL the good rides. Even 12 hours isn't enough to ride all the good rides.

I've been there like 10 times so I love that place. When you first walk in the first bigger coaster your going to see is the Raptor. It's a really fun ride but the line is usually really long because its the first one that everyone goes on. Dont waste your time on the blue streak it just goes up and down. The Power Tower is well worth the wait. But the ride thats really worth waiting for it the Top Thrill Dragster. I waited 1 and a half hours for like a 20 second ride but it was worth every minute in my opinion.
Other good rides would be: Magnum, Millionium Force, Iron Dragon, Wicked Twister, The Indoor Roller Coaster
Rides to avoid: corkscrew(it just gives you a whiplash) Blue Streak( way to kiddy)

There is so much to do a Cedar Point that its hard to say. I personally could ride the roller coasters all day. The Magnum, Dragster, and XL are hot. They have the new Maverick too. They have a beach there too, but it may be a bit early in the season for it, but they have jet skis and other stuff too. You really can't go wrong at Cedar Point.

If you can, try to get on Top Thrill Dragster & Millenium Force. Those are just a couple of the coasters. You're going on a busy day so you may spend a lot of time waiting in line no matter which one you ride. If you don't want to wait in super long line head to the smaller less exciting, but just as fun coasters like Wild Cat and Gemini.
Have Fun!!

Millenium Force, Top Thrill Dragster (front seat only!!!), and the new one Maverick. If you are looking to get a little wet...hit up Snake River Falls for a real splash or Thunder Canyon for a little bit of fun. I truly like all the coasters there and hit up all of them at least once. Oh yeah, the Twister and Power Towers are something to experience as well. Best roller coaster park in the world! Have fun there!

I would definitely suggest riding Top Thrill Dragster, Millenium Force, Raptor, and Power Tower. Unfortunately, the Maverick will not open until at least early June.

i've got visited many entertainment parks international, and Cedar component ranks as a results of fact the suited coaster park IMHO. there is no longer something like the view of Lake Erie from the genuine of Millennium tension, genuine Thrill Dragster or Magnum XL-2 hundred. i like your internet site. the only advice I even have is to tweak the %. with Google's Picasa and alter the assessment. it is no longer no longer ordinary and makes for greater suited high quality photographs.

I would start where the millennium force is and work my way back towards the rapter. Your right though nine hours is just not enough time to really enjoy the rides. They all are good rides its just some have extremely long wait times. Either way you will have a blast. Its an awesome park. Have fun!
