I'm working in a leading group of companies in south india for the past 12 years I've now got a better opportunity in another company and I've submitted my resignation about six weeks back. Though there is no formal notice period, I've worked for about 45 days after submitting my resignation. But there is no sign of me getting relieved from the company. Can you just ditch the company and take up my new assignment. Will I get my dues if I leavy without proper relieving order. Please help. Thanks

Look at the written policy of the company. Best is to go to the top boss and request for an early relieving. You may be in trouble with your employer if you walk off without being formally relieved. Normally for permanent employees, the notice period is 3 months and so you need to wait.

Try naked yoga. It will help relieve stress and it should keep everyone else distracted from work. They will pretty much stop dealing with work related $hit all together. You still will be miserable due to the lack of alcohol, so you might have to start taking a lot of pills to help ease the pain.
