Yes, it means that they don't want to secure our border with Mexico. The Hispanic supremacist groups want an unending supply of new Hispanics entering our country so that they can gain even more political power, and Mexico can reclaim the southwestern U.S. states for a greater Mexican empire called Aztlan. The plan is called La Reconquista and it is taught in Mexican schools.
We can secure our border by building a stout fence along most of the US/Mexican border and by using a virtual fence in other areas. IN addition, we need to keep the National Guard there and give them the authority to arrest illegals and to use whatever force in necessary. This new amnesty bill in the Senate will not lead to a secure border, and it is a complete betrayal of the American people.
There is still time to stop this awful bill from becoming law. Contact your reps, the presidential candidates, write letters to the editor, and talk to your friends and relatives about this awful legislation. It must be stopped.
You can protest this amnesty bill by going to the Numbersusa Action Buffet corkboard every morning and afternoon until this is over. Send the faxes for free! We'll be putting up new faxes every day. http://www.numbersusa.com/actionbuffet

Congress will not close the border. A bill will be presented on Monday to be put up for vote, without further discussion, regarding amnesty for the current illegal aliens. It is so inviting, I wish I was a Mexican! It is about 1,000 pages. Choose to ignore if and you will be sorry. Get on the web and learn the truth about this today! Call your senator today! Tomorrow! And Monday morning!
READ EARTHMAN"S POST BELOW MINE! Also read my last question for a simple explanation. This bill must be stopped before cloture! That means TODAY!

Just not congress, look at what is happening with the border patrol to. Have you notice how we have been ruthlessly going after our own border patrol agents in cases where they fire upon drug smugglers? I think our higher ups just want that border to be pourous and don't care what the cost to us will be. Yes, we can secure the border and we can do it immediately with the positioning of thousands of national guard and have a border patrol drive to increase numbers. Our border patrol is having trouble recruiting with private companies sucking away recruits to close borders in Iraq.

Saying we can't close our borders is like saying we can't deport the illegals who are already here.
When in fact we can do both quite effeciently.
All we have to do to get rid of illegals is:
#1 Make it illegal for employers to hire them and if caught seize their company and send them to prison along with a hefty fine.
#2 Don't give them anything such as free medical, education, housing,Welfare and so on.
#3 Make it illegal to rent to anyone who cannot prove they are here legally.
#4 Put an end once and for all to anchor babies. If a baby is born on American soil whose parents are illegal then that baby should be considered illegal as well and deported along with the parents.
It may sound harsh but it's a reality that America is in serious trouble because of the illegals taking advantage of our system and is hurting the American Economy.
If we do all of the above they will in fact deport themselves.

I say we CAN close the border !!
Sadly, Congress voted for a fence, but didn't FUND the fence. And now they grant "amnesty" in this proposed immigration bill... inviting everyone to get here NOW !!
BOTH parties are slaves to the corporate interests who want cheap construction labor, shelf stockers, meat-packing, and produce picking.

We could close it. Too much lack of representation of the American citizen's wishes in Washington. Big business wants the cheap labor. Political parties just see votes to garner. None are interested in what Americans want. Even La Razza had veto rights during the negotiations!!! Makes me puke when illegals have more say in our government than the citizens do.

Sure, we could close our borders, but that is exactly what hitler, and the nazis did during WWII, and it would be a huge mistake to follow in his footsteps.
