I am 20 and I never gain weight no madder how much I eat. I'm lazy and I do not move a lot so I don't burn a lot of calories. My body is between skinny and normal. Will this change when I get older or will I stay like this forever ?

If it is hereditory, than yes you are going to be the same person but normally what happens, when you cross 25, the fat starts getting deposited in your body because of the less-activeness....
Dont worry, few years back I thought the same way you think, I would not say that I am very good looking or muscular now but I am 24 and I have improved a lot...without eating any supplement or doing hard workouts in gym.

God Bless You.

At about age 25 or 26 you will probably notice your waistline expanding. Now is the time to start exercising. As we get older, our metabolisms slow down, therefore we don't burn off what we eat like we used to. There are always exceptions, some people in their 40's and 50's can eat whatever they want and as much as they want and never gain an ounce, but this is a very small handful of people.

Ok so there are a lot of options out there. To many to know what to choose from. So I will tell you something that will work great and I know what I am talking about. I have had horses since I was 15 and I worked at a non profit stable for ten years and we took in abused horses and had to fatten them up and get them back into shape for a good home. The food issue. I am not sure what you are feeding but we used plain Nutrena horse pellets along with bran flakes. Use two scoops of Nutrena pellets along with one scoop of bran twice a day and you will notice the weight gain in about two weeks. The bran helps with the digestion since you will be feeding quite a bit of food. I am not sure what you are feeding now but oats and corn do not digest in the stomach of a horse so they really get no nutrition from it. So sweet feeds are ok to maintain but not really good for weight gain. You could also try a high protein but I warn against that because a lot of times it only gets the horse hyped and does nothing for the weight gain. You can also use Alfalfa hay if you can get it. Two flakes a day will also help to pack on the pounds just make sure it is a good grade and not all yellow looking it should be pretty and green when you feed it but dry you will be surprised at what these three changes will do for a horse. Now for the feet now days breeders are looking more at body composition then feet on horses. I have always said we are breeding the feet right out of the horses because ever horse you come across has bad cracked or easy chipping hooves. The best thing I have found that helps and we used it many times was Equilox but you have to have a farrier that knows how to use it or is willing to learn how to use it. It works great and you use it along with shoes I am sending you a link so you can look at how it works there are also other things on horses feet but that is what we always did. You can also use a full rubber shoe along with Neets foot oil on the hoof so you are not putting hole's in the hoof wall and causing more cracks the rubber full shoe's are expensive though. You still have to have the farrier out to trim regular but no holes and the chipping is less in the hoof. The neets foot oil seems to make the hoof wall more pliable. I do hope this helps I know how hard it can be and how long the process can be when you are looking for things that work and everything fails or just is not producing results. BTW the bran flakes I am talking about is wheat bran not rice bran you can buy it in bulk from most farm centers just make sure you put it in a trash can or some where really dry because it will mold it if gets wet.

If you are lazy and barely exercise, I do not think you will gain any weight at all. You should exercise. I used to be so skinny and got myself to workout in the gym. Suddenly I started gaining weight. Off course I had to eat a lot and take vitamin supplements. Try eating FULL meals every morning. No cereals and stuff. The full thing, like eggs, bacon, cornbeef or something.

Luckily for you, your metabolic rate seems to be high and your GI tract may be emptying food quite fast. As you grow older (into your forties and fifties), the testosterone levels will start dropping significantly and you may start putting on fat.

Exercise has many other benefits apart from keeping weight under control. So, do consider exercising regularly. Do something which you enjoy, like swimming, tennis etc.

You are ectomorph - Your body loses many calories automatically - which means that it will be very hard to gain weight - and it's problematic if you want to gain muscles. And if you, Mesomorph("auto" muscles) and an endromorph will be put in a dungeon and get no food - you'll die first LOL. This state doesn't change with age, i think. Hope it helped.
