if I were to get a scooter / moped that had over 50cc would it be considered a motorcycle or need special licn

I live in michigan, and I've been thinking about getting a scooter, but I want a 150cc one. Its still a scooter, but since its over 50cc would it be treated like if I bought a motorcycle (needing an endorsement, insurance, plates, ect ect)??????

Will, when I imported some Scooters into the states, all over 50cc were labeled as Motorcycles. I would suggest that you check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles to make sure. Although most places will sell it to you, the problem is if your DMV requires a Motorcycle endorsement, you could be heavily fined should you get pulled over. Better safe than sorry.
