I keep having this same nightmare once every couple of months. I lie in bed clearly consience of what I feel but I am unable to move. Then there is a strange presence that frightens me but i can see anything. Then i get a loud noise in my head that builds up then suddenly stops. I cant speak when I try and i cant wake myself up properly and I cannot move. Sometimes when it happens I start to breath out uncontrollably till i have absoloutley no air in me. The strangest thing is the weird presence, i cant look over to a certain place without feeling frightened? I wondered if anyone else had anything similar to this.

your bed is a place of safety, and in general, it signifies that in your dreams. But, getting specific... if you dream that you are sleeping outside, this means you feel strong and confident about your current projects. If you dream of going to bed with a stranger of the opposite sex, this is indicative of making friends too fast, and speaks for caution in friendships that may lead to more. A bed that is not your own shows that you can expect a small increase in good luck in your business affairs. If you are making up the bed (putting sheets and blankets on it) you may have a sudden onslaught of people calling you.

If you are dreaming of building something, then whatever you're building is an important link to what your dream means. If you are seing actual buildings, then read on. If the buildings in your dream are huge highrises or skyscrapers, you could be caring too much about material things and this may be affecting your daily attitude. If the buildings are run-down or in ruins, then this you may be worrying too much about your love life or business dealings. Lighten up.

okay- whatever dream you must be having- just sek into what its saying to you- are there any syblos or simmilarities between the dream and the real worrld? just look for what its telling you. most physisions say if you have the dream more that 3 times reacurringly- there will be such "sybols" in it- and its more or less "telling the future" persay- or even the past or just what happened a couple day ago- for being scared- try sleeping in a diffrent room or tell a loved one the exact details of your dream- it will make you feel a bit better, or make it sound funny or less scary by when you see the dark "object" movving around just imagen its a paitr of dukky boxer shorts or somthing- or draw it out- it could be a one scean thing or a whole comic page. but seriously- just every day just dont think about it- or when you go to sleep leave a tv or radio on and the closet light on too. or bunck in with a pal and see the diffrence of how you feel varied by envioments. well thanks for asking

There are two possibilities.

Either a fairly common condition called hypnogogic paralysis, ( a condition in which the body is paralyzed as the person drifts in and out a sleeping state...)

Dreamlike images can bleed over from sleep to wakefulness, and can make person experience weird, frightening hallucinatuions...

Or...

Aliens are abducting you, paralyzing you and conducting unfathomable genetic experiments on you, and you're waking up just as the procedures are ending, but before the paralyze-o-ray wears off.

Have you experienced any trauma in the past? If you were sexually abused, date raped or anything like that then that would be an obvious connection. In any case this is one worth checking out with a therapist. The themes of rape and hurting yourself are pretty serious ones and deserve having someone trained to help with those sort of issues to sift through it with you. You can google your city's name and counseling to get you started. Sorry you're having those. They sound pretty scary. They could be sign post on your way to a bettter part of your life if you pay attention to them. BTW it could turn out that they don't have any big meaning other than expressions of anxiety, but it is worth checking into. My best.

Your mind was connected somehow to another mind that was in a deep coma! You were experiencing what their mind was involved with at that moment. Either that or your having returning memories of an abduction that happened to you and was suppressed until recently! Have you sought professional help with this yet?
