I diodnt realize that only Christians got married. I always thought that jews, muslims, buddhist, etc, etc, got married too. And atheist...wel there is such thing as getting married in a court house to get the benefits of any other marriage. But I realize thats not what your asking.
Out of the names you picked, I like Evelyn, Jade, and Ellen. BUt not in the combinations you chose. Maybe Ellen Jade

my only thought is how are you going to explain to the child when they are older why their last name is different then yours? Why not just give the child your last name (unless this is your last name) or the fathers last name. Babies all the time are given their birth parents last names and the parents are not married, still a little confused about the "not a Christian not getting married" part. There are no rules that say only married people can get married.

Give the kid a traditional name begiing with S. My name is Michael. My initials are MM - Like Marilyn Monroe. Sally Stolady would be OK. Sarah Stolady is more traditional and posh and so won't date. Sierra Stolady will probably cause all kinds of problems in later life. You could buy her a title and then she could be Lady Sarah Stolady! lol
